This record can be found as image 9/25 in the Quebec Vital and Church Records (Drouin Collection), 1621-1967 on Ancestry.com in the records for Philipsburg (Anglican Church) 1880. The record appears on recto folio 9 (the front of folio 9).

The Birth and Baptismal Records of Loretta Fidelia Olds and her children Cora Captolia Symms, Louisa May Symms, and William Arther Symms, all occur sequentially in the records for the Anglican Church in Philipsburg. All were baptized on the same day in 1880, and all baptisms were witnessed by the same two people.
