Théodore Leblanc

On the 23rd of December of the present year 1719, I the undersigned have baptized Théodore Leblanc, born on the same day, son of Pierre Leblanc and Françoise Landry, legally married. His Godfather was Pierre Leblanc and his Godmother was Élisabeth Leblanc. In witness thereof I have signed the same day and year above.
