This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the sixteenth day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-five at the hour of twelve noon.
We make it known that in the presence of witnesses Stanisław Przesińowski, age forty, and Franciszek Niedbała, age forty-two, both peasant farmers residing in Łosewo, on this day, with a blessing imparted by Us, a religious marriage was contracted between the young man Ignacy Dymek, residing until now with his parents in Piasutno, born there of the married couple Michał and Małgorzata née Dzięgelewska Dymek, peasants residing in Piasutno, twenty years of age, and the young girl, Agnieszka Chaberek, daughter of the married couple the deceased Jakób and the living Józefa née Samul Dymek, peasants residing in Łosewo, eighteen years of age, born in Łosewo and residing until now with her mother .  This wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns on the twenty-sixth day of October, and the second and ninth days of this same month and year in the parish of Mały Płock, also with the oral consent of those present for the marriage record and of the parents on the side of the groom and the mother on the side of the bride. No impediment to the marriage arose. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses all of whom do not know how to write.
